Updates from Dr. Delafontaine

1. If you would like to reenter the medical school building to get your things, you can schedule a time with John Clements (jclemen@mac.com) by calling 504-236-3536. The police will escort you and take an inventory of anything you remove from the building.

2. The liquid nitrogen tank is on the 2nd floor of JBJ and is being refilled as needed. Many mice didn’t survive, but some transgenic lines made it to the primate center in Covington.

3. The current estimate is that within 4-6 weeks we will be able to reenter and be using the medical school building...maybe even less time for the JBJ to reopen.

4. Dr. Delafontaine will have clinical duties at two hospitals, Lakeside in Metarie and Lakeview in Covington. He will also be in Atlanta on the weekends where his family remains and his children are in school. They will stay in Atlanta untill their school reopens in New Orleans.
